1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using diffping (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. diffping is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help Shopify store owners monitor competitor pricing and availability.

2. Use of Service

Our Service allows you to track publicly available product data from Shopify-based web stores. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with:

• All applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
• The Terms of Service of the websites you choose to monitor.
• Ethical competitive intelligence practices.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in via Google One-Tap or Magic Link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account session. diffping cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our billing is processed through Dodo Payments. By subscribing to a paid plan (Basic, Medium, or Pro), you agree to:

• Automatic recurring billing based on your selected interval (Monthly or Yearly).
• Maintain a valid payment method on file.
• Abide by the "Monitored Products" and "Check Interval" limits defined in your plan.

Note: We offer a 3-day free trial for new users to evaluate the service.

5. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the diffping scraping engine.
• Monitor government or high-security websites not intended for public commerce.
• Use the Service to launch DDoS attacks or scrapers at an abusive frequency.
• Resell diffping data for commercial purposes without an Enterprise agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

diffping provides price monitoring "as is." While we strive for 99.9% accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the scraped data. We are not liable for any business decisions or financial losses resulting from price inaccuracies or notification delays.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
